April Deep Dive

We are all innately creative people. Yet, we often let our brains get in the way of tapping into our creative instincts. In this regular, monthly workshop, you will tap into your physical, sensual selves to dive into the places that yield stories and art. Sarah prompts the class through meditation, movement, writing and visual art exercises to spark your inner creative fire. We will connect, learn from each other, and heal our creative selves.
